Terms of service
Please make sure you have read my ToS before filling the commission form
I reserve the right to refuse a commission. If I am unable to complete your commission you will be informed as soon as possible.
General Information
◊ Please be accurate and concise with your commission information. Do not forget to provide references.
◊ Commissions are for personal use only.
◊ I am not responsible for your commission being rejected by Twitch or any other platform, so make sure your request is in appliance with the guidelines of the preferred platform.
◊ Please do not edit, copy, trace or resell my work.
◊ Sketch will be provided to you for approval before I start working on line art and coloring.
◊ Revisions to the initial sketch are free unless too many changes or redrawing of a whole sketch were asked. Only color revisions are possible to the final artwork.
◊ I have the right to refuse any commission
Payment and Refunds
◊All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
◊Commissions are in $USD only.
◊Any payment are made through PAYPAL.
◊PayPal invoice will be sent to the commissioner after agreement between artist and commissioner.
◊These are non-commercial, personal use only. If you are interested in doing merchandise, you must pay 50% aditional regarding royalties/buying the rights.
◊You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.
◊If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
Process
◊I start on the requested art only after i get the payment.
◊I will only start on sketches after I receive all required details from the commissioner. (Please refer to 'How to Order').
◊I require a response on the sketches within 14 days, unless you have informed me before. Otherwise, the commission will be cancelled with no refunds.
◊I do unlimited revisions during the sketching phase, after you're satisfied with the sketch, Only minor changes can be made. Otherwise there will be a fee applied.
◊After I've received the payment, I will start on your commission.
◊Turn around time will be between 15-30 days, or longer depending on the amount of work
◊I work from Monday to Friday, excluding emergencies, sick days and holidays.
◊Feel free to ask about your commission progress anytime. I will always do my best to complete your commission as soon as I can, but please be patient and do not rush me, so I can provide quality artworks for you.
Edits
◊If commissioner wants any changes once the commission is finished, extra charges will incur. This only applies if I have to redraw anything.
◊Color changes are welcomed before i send the files to you, with no extra charges. After I send the files, color changes will have extra charges.
Copyright Policy
◊I hold all copyright to my artwork.
◊Commissioner may re-post and use the commission without majorly editing the artwork.
◊Credits must be given to the artist.
◊Commissioner is not allowed to reproduce or alter commissioned piece to resell for profit.
◊If commisioner would like to buy rights to the commissioned art, extra 50% charges of the total commission will incur.
